🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During major promotions (Black Friday, holiday season, launches), processing may take 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery times vary based on your destination:

International delivery times can vary based on customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

  • Free worldwide shipping is offered on select promotions (will be applied automatically at checkout if eligible)
  • Express shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at nurelatech@gmail.com.

International tracking updates may be delayed once the package leaves the US. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

🛂 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs office. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

We cannot predict the exact amount as it depends on the destination country and current rates. Contact your local customs office for more information.

⚠️ Order Issues

Wrong Address Provided

If you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. If the order has shipped, we cannot reroute it but will work with you on next steps.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 or more business days, contact us at nurelatech@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund if the package cannot be located.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email us at nurelatech@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us, you are responsible for original shipping costs. The remaining order amount can be refunded once we receive the returned package.

🌍 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be restricted due to:

  • Local laws or regulations
  • Sanctions or embargoes
  • Carrier limitations

If your country is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.
