✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following:

  • The return is requested within 100 days of the delivery date
  • The product was purchased directly from nurelatech.com (third-party retailers are not eligible)
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase
  • The device is in usable condition (we accept devices that have been opened and used)

📋 How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Email us at nurelatech@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any photos if the product arrived damaged or defective.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions and an authorization number.

Step 3: Ship the product back (if required) to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 4: Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method:

  • Credit and debit cards: 5 to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Shopify Pay: 5 to 10 business days
  • Other payment methods: timing varies by provider

Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

🚫 What Is NOT Eligible for Return

The following are excluded from our refund policy:

  • Products damaged from misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Returns requested after the 100-day window
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items that were marked as "final sale"

🌏 International Returns

International customers are also eligible for our 100-day refund policy. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees paid at delivery are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued in USD; exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount

❓ Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it follows the standard return policy.
